About this service

Building dust doesn't behave like household dust. It's fine enough to settle three times after you think you've finished, and it gets into tracks, vents and the tops of doors. We work in two passes with HEPA extraction — a first strip-out of debris and residue, then a settle period, then a full detail. That's the difference between a site that looks clean and a home that is clean.

After builders cleaning: frequently asked questions

We remove packaging, offcuts and general debris. Skip-level waste, hazardous material and asbestos are not included — those need a licensed contractor.

After the last trade has left and before furniture arrives. If painters are returning for touch-ups, book us after them.

Yes — regularly. We can invoice the contractor directly and provide a handover photo set for the client file.
