Regular home cleaning: frequently asked questions

No. Most regular clients give us a key or a smart-lock code. Keys are logged against a reference number rather than your address and kept in a locked safe.

You have a named back-up who has already worked in your home and knows your checklist. We tell you before the visit, not after.

Yes — cloths, machines and products come with us as standard. If you'd rather we used your own products, that's fine too. Colour-coded cloths are used to keep bathroom and kitchen cloths separate.

As a fixed price per visit, based on the size of your home and what's included — not by the hour. You know the figure before we start, and it doesn't change if the cleaner takes a little longer one week.
